On Monday, April 4, 2016 Shiloh Police Officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 200 block of Anderson Lane to check the well-being of a female that appeared to be under the influence.
The Officer made contact with the female and located a suspected controlled substance in her possession. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene for the female. She was released to receive medical treatment and pending lab results on the suspected controlled substance. The results of the investigation were presented to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Friday, June 17, 2016, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued warrant #16CF0079401 for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class 4 Felony, charging Danielle E. Rachell, 21, of the 100 block of Schaperkoetter Drive in Fairview Heights with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge John Baricevic and he set Rachell’s bond at $50,000. Rachelle is currently at large and anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Shiloh Police Department.
