On Saturday, June 18, 2016 The Shiloh Police Department responded to a disturbance during a child custody exchange in the 2200 block of Richland Prairie Boulevard.
The suspect caused damage to the victim’s vehicle during the disturbance and left the scene prior to the arrival of Officers. The results of the investigation were presented to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Tuesday, June 28, 2016, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Drew Dierkes issued warrant #16CF0084201 for Criminal Damage to Property $300-$10,000, a Class 4 Felony, charging Candice S. Howard, 25, of the 11000 block of Riaza Square in St. Louis, Missouri with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Robert Haida and he set Howard’s bond at $10,000. Howard is not in custody and anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Shiloh Police Department with information.
