On Tuesday, October 31, 2017 The Shiloh Police Department received information from Loss Prevention with Dollar General that an employee of their business and resident of the Village of Shiloh had been using stolen Visa gift cards at local business in the area.

The employee was taken into custody the same day at her residence. The results of this investigation were submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.

On Wednesday, November 1, 2017, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued warrant #17CF0138401, #17CF0138402, #17CF0138403, and #17CF0138404 each for Unlawful Use of a Credit Card, a Class 4 Felony, charging Jeanette L. Mosley, 34, of the 1st block of Hartfield Lane in Shiloh with the above crimes.  

The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Randall Kelley and he set Mosley’s bond at $50,000.  Mosley is currently in custody at the St. Clair County Jail for want of bond.
