On Thursday, August 10, 2017 at approximately 2:16 PM The Shiloh Police Department responded to Catholic and Community Credit Union located at 1109 Hartman Lane for a report of deceptive practice.
It was reported a female delivered a bank check to Catholic and Community Credit Union on July 25, 2017 and August 1, 2017 with intent to defraud and obtain control over certain property of the bank being United States currency. The results of the investigation were submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Wednesday, October 4, 2017, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued warrant #17CF0126201 and warrant #17CF0126202, each for Deceptive Practice, a Class 4 Felony, charging Kristina M. Grissom, 32, of the 500 block of South Front Street in Okawville with the above crimes.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Jan Fiss and he set Grissom’s bond at $25,000. Grissom is currently at large and anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Shiloh Police Department.
