On Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at approximately 4:02 PM The Shiloh Police Department received a report of a domestic battery that occurred at an apartment in the 100 block of Yorkshire Lane on Sunday, March 11, 2018.

The victim received injuries that did not require medical treatment.  During the investigation, the suspect was involved in a traffic accident in the parking lot of the apartment complex.  The suspect left the scene of the accident before the Officers could arrive.

On Tuesday, March 20, 2018, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Agnes Bugaj issued warrant #18CF0039101 for Domestic Battery Subsequent Offense, a Class 4 Felony, charging Delandous Griffin Jr., 28, of the 100 block of Yorkshire Lane in Shiloh with the above crime. 

The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Stephen McGlynn and he set Griffin’s bond at $30,000.  Griffin is not currently in custody and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Shiloh Police Department.
