On Sunday, August 25th, 2019 at approximately 3:03 a.m., Shiloh Officers were dispatched to the area of Circle K located at 105 South Main Street in Shiloh for a female advising someone kicked in her front door. Upon arrival, the female stated a male acquaintance had kicked in her door and began striking her multiple times with his fist. The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was located and taken into custody. This case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Monday, August 26th, 2019, Assistant State’s Attorney David Sternau issued warrant #19CF0130101 for Aggravated Domestic Battery, a Class 2 Felony, and #19CM0002962 for Domestic Battery, a Class A Misdemeanor, charging Brian K. Pullen, 43, of the 1600 block of North 1st Street in St. Louis, Missouri with the above crimes.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Julie Katz who set Pullen’s bond at $50,000. Pullen is currently in custody at the St. Clair County Jail for want of bond.
