On Friday, November 1, 2019 at 12:46 P.M. Shiloh police were notified by Loss Prevention at Target located at 3400 Greenmount Crossing in Shiloh that a subject who was previously a suspect in a Retail Theft was currently in the store. Upon our arrival, we made contact with the suspect who had an active warrant out of Madison County. The suspect was taken into custody, and detained at the St. Clair County Jail for the active warrant, and the Shiloh cases were submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.

On Saturday, November 2, 2019 Assistant State’s Attorney Steve Sallerson issued a two-count warrant #19CF0167701, and #19CF0167702 for Retail Theft over $300.00, both Class 3 Felonies, charging Robert L. Harris, 54, of the 600 block of Water Street in Cahokia with the above crimes.

 The warrants were reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Patrick Foley who set Harris’s bond at $25,000. Harris is currently in custody at the St. Clair County Jail for want of bond.
