On Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 3:19 A.M. the Shiloh police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Boatman’s Point in reference to a Domestic Battery. Upon our officer’s arrival, they were advised the suspect had fled the scene. One of the victims had been struck with a golf club during the fight and was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries which required surgery. This case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Thursday, December 5, 2019, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Agnes Bugaj issued a two-count warrant #19CF0187301, and #19CF0187302 for Aggravated Domestic Battery, both Class Two Felonies, charging Antonio A. Donaby, 50, of the 1300 block of 17th Street in Swansea with the above crimes.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Robert Haida who set Donaby’s bond at $80,000. Sapp is currently at large.
