On Friday, April 19th, 2019 at 9:39 P.M. Shiloh Officers responded to a residence in the 900 block of North Greenmount Road in reference to a physical disturbance in progress. Upon officer’s arrival on scene, the suspect had fled the scene, and Shiloh Officers made contact with the victims, and provided aid. All attempts to locate the suspect were unsuccessful and the case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Tuesday, April 23, 2019, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Agnes Bugaj issued a three-count warrant, #19CF0061101, #19CF0061102 and #19CF0061103 all for Domestic Battery-Subsequent Offenses, all Class 4 Felonies, charging Arthur Peterson, 50, of the 100 block of East Beacon Hill Road in Fairview Heights with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Patrick Foley who set Peterson’s bond at $10,000. Peterson is currently at large.
