On Monday, June 24, 2019 at 8:42 P .M Shiloh Officers responded to Target located at 3400 Greenmount Crossing in reference to a Retail Theft in progress. A female had concealed items, and attempted to leave the store when she was confronted by Target Loss Prevention personnel. The items were recovered, and the suspect was taken into custody. During the investigation, it was discovered the suspect also had an active warrant from Madison County for Retail Theft. The case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Wednesday June 26, 2019, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued warrant, #19CF0099401 for Retail Theft, a Class 3 Felony, charging FALLON VALLEJO, 36, of the 400 block of South 5th Street in Caseyville with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge John O’Gara who set Vallejo’s bond at $20,000. Vallejo is currently in custody at St. Clair County Jail for want of bond.
