On Wednesday, May 6th, 2020 at approximately 3:35 p.m., Shiloh Officers were dispatched to Target, located at 3400 Green Mount Crossing Drive, in reference to a Retail Theft in progress. Arriving Officers were advised the suspect had fled the scene prior to their arrival. It was learned the suspect, who was known to Target Loss Prevention, had departed the store with a Felony amount of merchandise without attempting to pay. This case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Wednesday, October 28th, 2020, Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued warrant #20CF0150501 for Retail Theft Over $300, a Class 3 Felony, charging Kelly Brogan, 31, of the 6000 block of Madison Ave, Berkeley, Missouri with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge John O’Gara who set Brogan’s bond at $46,000 with 10% applying. Brogan is currently at large.
