On Monday, September 29, 2020 the Shiloh Police Department was notified by a neighboring law enforcement agency that a Violent Offender against Youth registered to be living in Shiloh was no longer residing at her registered address. After performing a compliance check this information was confirmed. On Friday, October 2nd, 2020 the Shiloh Police Department located the suspect and took her into custody. The results of this investigation were submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Friday, October 2, 2020, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued warrant #20CF0136401 for Failure to Register as a Violent Offender Against Youth, Subsequent, a Class 2 Felony, charging Tiffany D. Stroud, 31, previously of the 300 Block of North Main in Shiloh Illinois with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Stacy Campbell who set Stroud’s bond at $50,000 with 10% applying. Stroud is currently in custody at the St. Clair County Jail for want of bond.
