On Tuesday, March 30, 2021, a Detective with the Shiloh Police Department conducted a sex offender compliance check on a male registered to be living in the 300 block of Biggs Drive in Shiloh. During the compliance check, it was determined the registered male no longer resided at the address. The suspect was later taken into custody by the Shiloh Police Department and the case was presented to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s office for review.
On Saturday, April 3, 2021, St. Clair County Assistant States Attorney Grant Simon issued warrant #2021WA00581 for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender Subsequent, a Class 2 Felony, charging Jessie L. Loggins, 39, of the 1600 block of Parklane in Cahokia with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Elaine LeChien who set Loggins bond at 20,000.00 with 10% applying. Loggins is currently in custody at the St. Clair County Jail for want of bond.
