On Monday, January 10, 2022 at approximately 6:17 PM, Officers responded to a residence in reference to a shots fired call in the 200 block of Shiloh Heights Drive. Upon arrival, Officers determined a male subject fired multiple rounds from a semi-automatic firearm inside the residence during a verbal disturbance. There were no injuries sustained from the discharge of the firearm. The male subject was taken into custody, and the case was presented to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s office for warrant review.
On Tuesday, January 11, 2022, Assistant State’s Attorney Beth Nester issued warrant # 22CF0009401 for Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, a Class 4 Felony, charging Timothy R. Lang, 50, of the 200 block of Shiloh Heights Drive in Shiloh with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by Judge John O’Gara who set Lang’s bond at $35,000 with 10% to apply. Lang was released from St. Clair County Jail after posting his bond.
