On Saturday, August 5, 2023 at approximately 2:08 A.M. Shiloh Officers were called to Circle K located at 105 South Main Street in Shiloh in reference to a male passed out behind the wheel of a vehicle. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the subject. After the initial investigation, officers determined there was sufficient cause to arrest the subject for driving under the influence. The suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Shiloh Police Department for booking. While processing the subject at the police department, the subject began causing a disturbance. During the disturbance an officer sustained a minor injury to his arm. The subject was transported to the St. Clair County Jail and the case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for warrant review.
On Saturday, August 5, 2023 St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Erica Mazzotti issued warrant# 23CF0136001 for Resisting a Peace Officer/Causing Injury, a Class 4 Felony, charging Braden T. Henson, 21, of the 800 block of Lakeshore Drive in O’Fallon, Illinois with the above crime.
