On Friday, December 12, 2024, at approximately 1:47 pm, Officers with the Shiloh Police Department responded to the area of the 300 block of North Main Street for a well-being check on a female who was reported as a missing person. The female was seen driving a vehicle, which was stopped. All occupants of the vehicle were detained. Upon a probable cause search of the vehicle, a controlled substance was located. Both females were taken into custody for warrants and possession of controlled substance.
On Friday, December 13, 2024, St. Clair County Assistant State's Attorney Beth Nester issued warrants, #24CF00222101 & #24CF0222102, for Possess Amount Controlled Substance Except (A)/(D), a Class 4 Felony, and Obstructing Identification, a Class A Misdemeanor, charging Vikki L. Thomas, 59, of the 2800 Block of Wyoming Street in Saint Louis, Missouri with the above crimes.
The warrants were reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Sara Rice, who signed the warrants valid. Thomas is currently being held at the St. Clair County Jail.
