The Village of Shiloh Police Department is hiring for the entry level position of Part-Time Records Clerk. Basic duties include a variety of clerical and administrative duties to maintain operations of the Records Division and Administrative Services of the Police Department. The position partners with member of the community, the Patrol Division, Criminal Investigation Division, Village of Shiloh departments, and criminal justice agencies to deliver effective services.
Minimum requirements: At least 18 years of age. High school diploma or G.E.D. Possess a valid Driver’s License with a safe driving history. 1-2 years of customer service experience. Previous police/municipal records management work experience preferred. Starting at $16.00 per hour.
