 Please call the Village of Shiloh’s Office at (618) 632-1022 X 112 Monday through Thursday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Things to know:

• Email a copy of driver's license & proof of Vehicle insurance to kwilliams@shilohil.org
• Applicants are required to pay a $100 non-refundable fee for the background check as part of their permit application
• The fee per day is $25.00, and must be paid at the Village office
• When completing the application, please ensure all sections are filled out accurately and fully, as incomplete forms will not be approved
