On Wednesday July 3, 2019 at 12:15 P .M Shiloh Officers received an anonymous tip there was a Non-Compliant Violent Offender Against Youth living at a residence in the 300 Block of North Main Street. After making contact with the resident, and confirming the subject was in fact non-compliant with her current registration, the subject was taken into custody. The case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Friday July 5, 2019, St. Clair County Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued a two count warrant, #19CF0104401 for Failure to Register as a Violent Offender Against Youth within one year, a Class 3 Felony, and #19CF0104402 for Failure to Register as a Violent Offender Against Youth within 5 days of changing her residence address charging Tiffany D. Stroud, 30, of the 300 block of North Main Street in Shiloh with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge John O’Gara who set Stroud’s bond at $5,000. Stroud is currently in custody at St. Clair County Jail for want of bond.
