On Monday, July 22nd, 2019 at approximately 12:37 a.m., Shiloh Officers were dispatched to Kings Mart located at 1551 Hartman Lane in Shiloh in reference to a criminal damage that just occurred. The victim reported being involved in an argument with an acquaintance. After the argument, the suspect struck the victim’s vehicle with an object causing damage. This case was submitted to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for review.
On Thursday, August 22nd, 2019, Assistant State’s Attorney Elizabeth Nester issued warrant #19CF0127101 for Criminal Damage to Property Over $500, a Class 4 Felony, charging Alyssa M. Gass, 24, of the 600 block of Dutch Hollow Road in Belleville, Illinois with the above crime.
The warrant was reviewed by St. Clair County Judge Julie Katz who set Gass’s bond at $10,000 with 10% applying. Gass is currently at large.
